The Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge (TEG) [1] or European Certificate in Irish is a set of examinations for adult learners of Irish. TEG is linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ( Council of Europe , 2001). [2] It examines four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Examinations are currently available at five levels from Beginners 1 (A1) to Advanced 1 (C1) and are run internationally. In 2016 exams were held in Sydney, NY, Ottawa, and nationally in Ireland. Schuster was a member of the Deutscher Bundestag for two consecutive terms, from 2005 to 2013. [1] In the 17th Legislative Term of the Bundestag, it was spokeswoman on human rights and humanitarian aid for the Free Democratic Party (FDP) parliamentary group. The present Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid, the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Humanitarian Aid Committee, both providing oversight on all activities of the German Foreign Office . Partial agreement is a term used within the Council of Europe to a major activity of European cooperation that is organized by the Council of Europe but does not include all of its member states. This form of activity dates from a resolution adopted by the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers on 2 August 1951. [ citation needed ] The resolution for the adoption of agreements of a limited number of member states, without the participation of the remainder. Any expenditure would be made by the participating states alone. This form of variable geometry in inter-governmental cooperation has not been imitated by other international organizations.
